1. Connect the 3 spars by placing the free ends into the ferrule of the
next spar so that a single long spar is assembled. Press the spars firmly
into the ferrules to ensure that they are fully seated.

|
|
| |
2. Gently bend the long spar into a circle and connect the free ends.
Use the floor to line up the two ends before joining them. |
|
| |
3. Place the sail on a flat surface. Be sure that the white drawstrings on the outer and inner edges are facing up. Lay the spar on the sail. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
4. Tighten the outer drawstring by pulling on the E-Jam clip. This will cause the edge of the sail to wrap around the spar. Use clothes pins or have a friend help to hold the edges of the sail over the spar as the drawstring closes.

5. Connect the Control Rod Line to the loose line in the center of the sail using a Lark's Head knot.

For optimum performance the bridle should be tight. The Bridle Junction
should remain as close to the center of the Air-YOTM as possible. For
minor centering adjustments, you may adjust the knot at the Bridle Junction.
For larger adjustments or tensioning, you will need to untie each Edge
Knot to tighten the individual bridle lines.

For optimum performance the Bridle should have no more than 2" play from top to bottom.
